The MatchingPro HM Process: MatchingPro accelerates the HM process by providing the user with a better understanding of the sensitivity of HM quality (errors) relative to simulation model parameter changes. Once MatchingPro develops the relationships between parameter values and HM errors it guides the user to the appropriate combinations of the model parameters. Soft computing algorithms learn and establish the relationships and genetic algorithms determine global minimums and recommend the appropriate parameter values. While the process is highly automated, user input is required at key stages in the process. A patent is pending on the MatchingPro methodology.
